Me time!

I was up till 3:30 last night. I swear I had just started to cut out fabric for some pillowcases and then all of a sudden, Boom! It was 3:15. Crazy how that happens.
I only have one week of chemistry left and I am rewarding myself for hanging in till the end. I took sime time to myself and sewed up two sets of pillowcases and a cute little wallet to post on Etsy. My poor little store was looking kind of neglected. My sewing machine was recently serviced and it ran beautifully, I love it! Anyway, I have the day off of both work and school today and I am throughly enjoying it. I slept in, I ran a few errands, and as soon as I'm done with this post I'm gonna go soak up some sun, and then I'm hanging out with my best friend tonight. We're goin to see Harry Potter! Woo!

I used vintage fabric for the little trip strip on these pillowcases. It's the funniest "Don't Forget!" fabric that has little hands with strings tied to their fingers. It just makes me smile every time I use it. What a silly thing to print on fabric.

Ok, So I kinda love pom-pom trim. It's ridiculously cute and I couldn't help myself.

Another "Perfectly Practical Wallet" made with an adorable Alexander Henry mushroom print fabric.
